This session is offered to all New Clients. For this appointment you can expect a soft start to your care. We will begin with communication about your health history, current status and what you are seeking in massage. We will then share about ourselves, our approach and give space for any questions you may have. The focus of this massage will be to navigate where problem areas and to determine how we can help you.
